Story: At the Zoo

Today, I visit the zoo with my family. It is sunny and warm, and the animals are active.

First, I see the lions. They have big manes and sharp teeth. One lion roars loudly, and I feel a little excited and amazed.

Next, we walk to the elephants. The elephants are huge with long trunks. They eat leaves and use their trunks to grab food. One elephant splashes water with its trunk, and everyone laughs!

We then move to the monkey area. The monkeys swing from tree to tree and play games with each other. They make funny faces and noises. A little monkey jumps up and down, making me giggle.

In the bird area, I hear beautiful songs. The birds have colorful feathers – red, blue, green, and yellow. They sit on branches and sing sweet tunes. I try to copy their songs.

We also see zebras with their black and white stripes. They run together in the field. Nearby, giraffes stretch their long necks to eat leaves from tall trees. They move gracefully and look so tall!

I see pandas chewing bamboo and lying on their backs. They are so cute and cuddly!

There are penguins waddling by the water. They jump in and splash around, making happy sounds.

At the end of the day, I feel tired but very happy. The zoo is full of amazing animals, and I love watching them. I can’t wait to visit again!
