Get Ready to Dive into the World of Lions!
📝 Story Time: Lions
Lions are big cats that roar and rule!
Lions live mostly in Africa, where the sun is hot and the grasslands stretch far and wide. These animals are known for their strength and speed. They are powerful hunters who chase after their food with great energy. Lions eat meat, and they work together to catch it.
A group of lions is called a pride. In a pride, there are usually female lions, called lionesses, and their cubs. The male lions, with their big, fluffy manes, protect the pride and show their majestic power.
Lions sleep a lot — up to 20 hours a day! They love to rest under the shade of trees or on the warm grass. But when it’s time to hunt, they are alert and ready to move.
These big cats are often called the “kings of the jungle”, even though they live in savannas and grasslands. Their loud roars can be heard up to 8 kilometers away! Imagine hearing a lion’s deep roar in the distance — it’s both amazing and a little scary!
